Getting Started with Microsoft Office Word 2003

A word processor is the most common program found on personal computers and one that almost everyone has a reason to use. When you learn word processing, you are also learning skills and techniques that you need to work efficiently on a personal computer. You can use Microsoft Word to do basic word processing tasks such as writing a memo, report, or letter. You can also use Word to do complex word processing tasks, including sophisticated tables, embedded graphics, and links to other documents and the Internet. Word is a program that you can learn gradually, adding more advanced skills one at a time.
