GO! with Help

Getting Help While You Work

The PowerPoint Help system is extensive and can help you as you work. In this exercise, you will view information about getting help as you work in PowerPoint.

1.

Start PowerPoint. In the Type a question for help box, type How can I get help while I work?

2.

In the displayed Search Results task pane, click the resultAbout getting help while you work. Maximize the displayed window, and below the Help toolbar, click Show All. Scroll through and read all the various ways you can get help while working in PowerPoint.

3.

On the Help toolbar, click the Print button.
