Using the Page Designer

By Steve Kern

IN THIS CHAPTER

  • Understanding Pages
  • Working with the Page Properties Box
  • Using the Page Designer
  • Adding Layers to Your Pages

The term page is taken from the world of Internet development, where Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is used to construct pages that are displayed to Web browsers. Pages add considerable power to Domino applications, especially when you combine them with outlines and framesets. The Page Design element was added in R5. The Notes and Domino 6 Page Designer itself is relatively unchanged from R5; what has changed are the objects you can add to a page.
