This chapter covered voice mail problems. Cisco UE commands to verify the system's voice mail configuration were given, and various GUI-related issues were discussed. The call handoff interface between Cisco CME and the Cisco UE application was covered to illustrate how potential problems in this area may be investigated. The operation of the voice browser, interpreting traces of TUI sessions, and MWI issues were discussed. Numerous examples showed which traces to turn on and how to interpret the fields in the output.
