A meeting workspace is sub-site of a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Web site where you can publish your meeting agenda and objectives, post documents and files, track tasks, and more.

By centralizing this information, your meeting attendees always have access to the latest information, and you avoid sending large files through your e-mail system.
