While most controls provide their own scrollbars (including Form and UserControl objects) sometimes the default behavior of these objects is inadequate. In these circumstances, you may wish to manage your own scrollbars (the shortened scrollbars at the bottom of an Excel tab-sheet for example). This class, derived from the base ScrollBar , provides a vertical bar. See the HScrollBar class for its horizontal partner.
