Microsoft Outlook 2000 is the latest version of Outlook. Because it is a component of Microsoft Office 2000, Outlook 2000 will become widely used as organizations upgrade to this newest version of the popular Office suite. It is included in all five Office 2000 packages and is also shipped with Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. This chapter looks at some of the issues an administrator faces when deploying Outlook 2000, including installation, using Outlook 2000 off line, and enabling multiple users.
