Mac: Cmd + K

Win: Ctrl + K

Note: Preferences are available on Mac OS X by choosing the application menu (Photoshop Preferences). Apple had instituted new interface guidelines for OS X-native applications, some of which conflict with existing Photoshop shortcuts. To use the OS X-standard shortcuts, enable the preference Use System Shortcut Keys in General Preferences. Enabling the preference changes the following shortcuts:
