The book-writing process is such an individually oriented task that it's easy to forget that there are others involved. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people who've helped get this book off the ground. First, of course, are Lisa and Victoria, who put up with some long hours on my part. Especially little Victoria, who often wondered why I was spending so much time in front of my computer.
