Changing Views

Depending on the length and number of tracks, it can become exceedingly difficult to view all of the information displayed in the MIDI Data window. Digital Performer gives you the ability to zoom in and out of data with several tools.

Zoom Tools

Using the Zoom tools, you can change the horizontal zoom of the MIDI Data window so you can get a better view of your data.

NOTE

Pressing and holding the Option key while clicking the + or Zoom tool will take you to the maximum zoom level.

Pitch Zoom

While the Zoom tools allow you to change the horizontal zoom, the Pitch zoom allows you to adjust the vertical zoom.
