Chris Thibodeaux, MCSE+I, MCDBA, is currently owner and principal consultant of Empowering Solutions, Inc. in Orange County, California. Chris has been in the IT industry for 10 years and has vast experience as a DBA, programmer, systems architect, and management consultant. He specializes in SQL Server architecture and development, Windows networking, network security, and strategic process/operational consulting. His SQL Server experience includes traditional back office databases, OLAP databases, and Web-driven databases, as well as Legacy database interaction. J. Boyd Nolan is a senior software developer working for PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Boyd has been in the computing industry for more than 15 years doing various things including system/network administration, database administration, and general development work. He has experience developing largescale n- tier and Web applications for business and engineering uses. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!). Boyd currently lives in Norman, Oklahoma with the two loves of his life, his wife Lisa and son Justin.
