There are so many people to thank for making a project such as this come to life.

The first person that I need to thank is my wife, Liz. Without her support, I simply would not have been able to write this book. She kept me going on the days when I wanted to toss the whole thing in the garbage, and motivated me with her smile to keep on writing. Liz, I love you.
