Hack 76 Automatically Assigning All Logos

If TiVo already has all these logos on board, why doesn't it just use them?

I personally have over 150 program and Now Playing logos already installed on my TiVo, and you probably have somewhere in the same ballpark if you are in the United States. It would be a major inconvenience to have to install each and every logo one at a time using the steps outlined in [Hack #75]. Thankfully, TiVoWeb has that functionality already built in.

Toward the top of the Logos page, you should notice an Automatically Associate Logos link. Click it. TiVoWeb asks to confirm that you want it to automatically associate the images it has with the appropriate channels. Eyeball the list, just to make sure all seems as it should, and click the Associate button at the bottom. TiVoWeb will do all the association for you fairly quickly.

Of course, you still need to reboot your box to have the new logos appear on the TiVo itself.
