Pack And Go For PowerPoint 2002

If you decide to use PnG for a PowerPoint 2002 presentation, you will want to follow the directions in the previous section. However, do not include the 97 Viewer; use the 2003 Viewer. When using PnG with PowerPoint 2002, you will always take the default of Don't include the Viewer. When sending the presentation on, either tell the recipients to download and install the 2003 Viewer directly from the web or include the files for the 2003 Viewer on your CD.

To test the presentation with the 2003 Viewer, access it from the Start menu. (When using the 2003 Viewer, the license agreement must be accepted the first time it is used.)
