Blogging with Yahoo

You can also create blogs on Yahoo (http://360.yahoo.com). Log in with a Yahoo username and password (or create a new Yahoo account), then click Create a Blog.

Enter your new blog title, description, and so on, and make sure you select the "Yes, publish my blog as an RSS 2.0 feed" check box (Figure 5.38).

Your new blog will be at http://360.yahoo.com/username, where username is your Yahoo username.

Posting with Yahoo

After creating your new blog, click Compose Blog Entry to post a new item to your blog (Figure 5.39).

When you've finished entering the text (and optional photo) for your blog item, post the item to your blog.

To see your new blog, click the View Blog button. The new blog appears complete with your first post (Figure 5.40). Not bad.

To subscribe to the new RSS feed for your new blog, all you do is click the RSS button under the new blog post.

As you can see, you have plenty of options. And of course, there are other sites and downloadable tools you can use to create blogs and convert them into RSS feeds. Now all you have to do is to maintain your blogit'll be disseminated automatically to all your readers using RSS.
