Case Study 9 -- Developing RMS

"Alright, everyone, let's review. How are we doing?"

It was Monday, April 26^th, and the team was one week into the Developing Phase. Other than the problem with the AutoCAD server, it had been a good week. Everyone had gotten their usual refreshments and taken their places around the conference table, and the Agenda Building item had been covered.

"How are we doing?" Dan repeated. "Let's take it by team roles, so we can look at each of our focuses as we go." He placed a transparency showing each team role and the focus it was to have during the Developing Phase on the overhead projector. Then he turned back to the group.
