Conclusion

By now you should have a good understanding of how basic Web applications work in the ATL Server framework. The relationship between SRF files and request handlers now should be easy to follow, and you should be able to begin creating your very own Web applications.

There s one final piece of the puzzle that remains hidden behind the scenes, but that should become clearer in the next chapter. If you re interested in more of the details of how request handlers work and how you can customize them for your own applications, you should take a look at Chapter 17. In that chapter we cover in depth the relationship between IRequestHandlerImpl and CRequestHandlerT , including when and why to use each of them and how to get the best out of your application.
