Overview

Mobile Internet remains too expensive. It isn't available to everyone yet. However, you don't need to be a hacker to make traffic cheaper or, in some cases, free. This goal can be achieved legally, and it doesn't require the user to master the skill of disassembling . Wit and basic engineering skills would be enough!

Several years ago, I became the happy owner of a mobile phone supporting GPRS (at that time, such gadgets had just begun to gain popularity). The gadget was advanced and convenient . However, the prices were excessive ($600 for each gigabyte of incoming or outgoing traffic). The insatiable gadget consumed payments one after another, quickly bringing an honest hacker to ruin. It became clear to me that to avoid turning into a beggar I had to think of some options. What could be done under these conditions ” attack the provider's server that runs the billing system? It's a criminal deed, and it isn't worth doing. An honest hacker isn't an idiot who would smash a shop window to steal a pack of cigarettes. The hack must be honest and usable over a long period. A hack that would cease to bring any profit after a couple of days isn't worth even trying. After a week of meditation, I found the solution.
