Believe it or not, we're done with this the longest chapter thus far. We've learned about:
Joining a Windows client to a domain
Client Management through Group Policy Objects
Client Management through Logon Scripts
Client Management through Roaming Profiles
Installation of Microsoft Windows via RIS
Keeping clients current with SUS
Up to this point, we've learned about a single domain (guinea.pig) with a single domain controller (dc01.guinea.pig). In Chapter 5, we learn how to work with multiple domains, multiple domain controllers, and the various roles that domain controllers play in a multiple domain scenario. We also learn about groups of domains called forests.
