InDesign provides keyboard shortcuts for navigating quickly from page to page in a document and for navigating in XML.
Windows [Ctrl]-[Shift]-[PageUp], Mac [ z ]-[Shift]-[PageUp]
Go to the first page in the document

Go to the last page in the document

Go to the previous page

Go to the next page

Select the page number in the page box
Type the number of the page you want to move to, and then press [Enter] (on Windows) or [Return] (on the Mac).
