Jonathan S. Harbour has been been writing code for 15 years , having started with Microsoft BASIC and Turbo Pascal on a Tandy 1000. Jonathan graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1997, with a bachelor's degree in computer information systems. He has since worked for cellular, aerospace, pharmaceutical , education, medical research, and healthcare companies. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing video games, and restoring his 1968 Mustang. Jonathan has written several books, including Visual Basic Game Programming with DirectX and Microsoft Visual Basic .NET Programming for the Absolute Beginner .
