Menu: Filter Extract

Mac: Cmd + Option + X

Win: Ctrl + Alt + X

(In Photoshop 5.5 and 6.0, the Extract command is located under the Image menu.)

Reverse Extract Tool Behavior

Mac: Option

Win: Alt

For example, if you are using the Edge Highlighter tool, this shortcut switches you to the Eraser tool.
