About the Author

David Vogeleer has been working in Flash since version 4, focusing mainly on ActionScript. He has been certified as a Flash developer and instructor and now works as a Media Specialist for Ocean Systems Engineering focusing on web-based training. David also has contributed articles to FlashMagazine.com as well as the MX Developers Journal. He also co-founded EMLlabs.com with Eddie Wilson as a tutorial based site for intermediate to advanced Flash usage. David is also a very devoted supporter of snowboarding whenever free time and cold weather present themselves.
