Before You Begin

Systems Management Server Remote Tools enables administrators to remotely access client computers in real time. Accessing client computers using Remote Tools allows you to assist users and troubleshoot computer problems from a central location.

You must complete all exercises in Chapters 2 and 3 before attempting the exercises in this chapter.
