Throughout this section we have been discussing the three most commonly used Open Office applications. You have seen how to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. These applications closely parallel the functions of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. However, Writer, Calc, and Impress are not the only things that Open Office has to offer.
There are several less commonly used applications. These applications form part of the Open Office suite and can be quite useful. In this chapter we will briefly examine each of these and explore their basic functionality. After this chapter you should be able to use these applications with relative ease.
