Word offers three varieties of basic fax cover sheets: Contemporary, Elegant, and Professional. Each of these can be edited in template form, or used with the Fax Wizard. If you use the Fax Wizard, you can select the document and fax program you want to use, enter the name and fax number of multiple recipients, select a fax cover template, and specify sender information. If you are sending an individual fax, the basic cover sheets work the best. If you are sending a fax to multiple recipients, the Fax Wizard makes it easy to create multiple cover sheets using mail merge, which saves you time. Create a Fax Cover Sheet -
