You need to do a certain function over and over. You know it is in the menus somewhere, but you hate trying to find it.
Customize your version of PowerPoint. Create toolbars for those activities you use most frequently. You can even create extra menus if you prefer to use menus instead of toolbars .
Just remember the new toolbar resides on your computer only. If you switch computers, you will need to set up the environment all over. Or you can use the Save My Settings wizard. Go to Start ’ All Programs ’ MS Office Tools ’ Save My Settings Wizard.
