Part 13. Enhancing PowerPoint Presentations

You can insert many elements such as tables, clip art, and other objects into your presentations to help keep the audience's attention and interest in the information you are presenting. In addition, you can add special features such as animation effects, transitions, and action buttons to enhance your presentation.

Your PowerPoint presentation file contains everything you need: an outline of your presentation, your slides, audience handouts, and even your speaker's notes. You can prepare this file to give at a presentation using the Pack and Go feature. This allows you to give your presentation on a computer that doesn't have PowerPoint installed.

You can even rehearse the timing of the presentation to make sure it isn't too long or too short. You can also print your outline, speaker's notes, and audience handouts to use and distribute. And, you can publish your PowerPoint presentation to the Web.
