Receiving files in Hello couldn't be easier. In fact, it requires no action at all on the recipient's part; the files just arrive. And as long as Automatically save all received pictures is checked in the Options dialog box, incoming picture files are automatically saved in the folder specified in the same dialog box.

If necessary, you can manually save the current picture. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. In the dialog box that appears, select a destination folder for the picture, change its filename (if you wish), and click Save.

If Full resolution (broadband recommended) is not enabled in Hello's Options dialog box (see page 129), all received images will be low-resolution. While suitable for viewing onscreen, such pictures may print poorly. To request an original, full-resolution copy of a received image, follow these steps:
