This layout will use three fields from the Main table: Description, Account Type, and Taxable.
Repeat this step to insert the Account Type and Taxable fields.
-click to select all three fields and apply the following format settings: Arial, 10 pt., plain text, black, left-aligned; white fill color, Engraved fill effect; no borders.
Widen and place the fields as shown, leaving room on the left for the View button (see page 69). Select all three fields, align them along their top or bottom edges, and then press to position the fields near the top of the Body.
Optional: If you have trouble setting the space between fields, select all three fields and choose Arrange > Distribute > Horizontally.
