The steps in this chapter have been tested with the versions of the software supplied on the CD-ROM that accompanies this book. If you experience installation problems, first check that you have followed the steps exactly as given in this chapter, and also try the extended information found in Chapters 2, 3.. These later chapters also provide troubleshooting tips and links to additional sites that can help you work through your installation issues.
