Errors, Feedback, and Contact Info

The book's editors and I have endeavored to weed out errors and inconsistencies, and I hope we've been successful. However, a fact of life in publishing is that minor errors sometimes slip through. In addition, each time Apple releases an update to OS X, there's a chance that something that worked before no longer does, or that a specific functionality works a bit differently.
