Text fields are often underestimated. Many of their features go unused or unnoticed by the average user. One of these features that can be very useful is the handling of more than one font in a given field. Start by creating two or more lines of text on your Stage within the same block. Highlight one of the lines of text and leave the other unselected. Now, using the Property inspector, change any of its properties. This can be very helpful if you want to highlight code in your text as I do in the book like this without having to create several fields and position them individually.
You'll have to make good decisions about when to use this method because it can cause delays if you want to quickly change your fonts.
