Chapter 4. The Dreamweaver DOM

Objects and behaviors are the simplest kinds of extensions to create because their main purpose is to insert new code into a user 's document, not to interact with code that's already there. But the real power of Dreamweaver extensibility is just thatthe capability to interact with, examine, and modify existing code. In order to do that, we have to learn how to navigate and manipulate the Dreamweaver DOM.
