Chapter 4: CMMI Representations

Summary

No matter which representation of the CMMI is used, each has levels. Within each level are generic goals pertaining to all of the process areas in that level and specific goals pertaining only to a specific process area. Goals have practices associated with them. Common Features group the practices together into categories. Practices are associated with only one goal.
