Open the Format menu and choose Bullets and Numbering .
PowerPoint opens the Bullets and Numbering dialog box. Click the Bulleted tab.
Click the bullet style you want to apply and click OK to apply it to the text box.
INTRODUCTION
PowerPoint inserts a default bullet in front of bulleted lists, but you can customize the bullet and change its shape or picture. For example, you might use your company logo as a bullet point, or use arrows or check marks instead.
TIP
Changing the Bullet Color
You can use the Color drop-down list in the Bullets and Numbering dialog box to change the color of your bullets. Click the drop-down arrow, and then click the color you want to apply. Be sure to choose a color that complements your slide design.
To further customize the bullet style, click the Customize button.
The Symbol dialog box opens. Select a font from the Font drop-down list.
Click a bullet type and click OK to close the Symbol dialog box, and then click OK again to close the Bullets and Numbering dialog box.
PowerPoint applies the customized bullet to the list.
TIP
Customizing Numbers
You can also customize the style of numbers displayed in a numbered list. Click the Numbered tab and choose a number style to apply. Click OK , and PowerPoint applies the style.

Using Picture Bullets
You can use the Picture button in the Bullets and Numbering dialog box to add picture bullets. Click Picture to open the Picture Bullet dialog box. Click the picture bullet you want to use, and click OK to return to the Bullets and Numbering dialog box. To use an imported picture, click the Import button, locate and select the image you want to use, and click Add to return to the Picture Bullet dialog box. Select the image and click OK .
