That's all there is to it. These settings produce a 15MB file that looks and sounds perfect. Granted, the size was too big for the web, but quick adjustments to the Size and Data Rate setting made the movie 4MB. To do this, scale the movie to 320x240, lower the frame rate to 15, and lower the data rate to 33Kbps.
