Add-Ins

This book doesn't require that any add-ins be installed. For the most part, installing or removing the add-ins that come with Excel shouldn't affect any exercises in this book (except that if you've installed the AutoSave add-in, you might occasionally be prompted to save the open workbooks). If you're uncertain whether an add-in might be affecting the way the exercises in this book are working, you can safely disable any add-in you've installed.

To disable an add-in, click Add-Ins on the Tools menu, select the add-in name, and remove the check box next to the name.
