The end Property

The end Property

Like the begin property, this property is for use with the time and time2 behaviors built in to the Internet Explorer, and first appeared in Internet Explorer 5.5. The end property is a read/write property that sets or gets a value indicating the end time for the element's timed actions, and enables you to coordinate multimedia actions. You can assign this property a string in clock format like " h:min:s.f " ; or an event occurrence, given an element ID like this: id. event [+" h:min:s.f "] (where the time in square brackets is optional); or a value of "indefinite" , which means the end time is indeterminate. See Chapter 15 for more on Internet behaviors such as time and time2 .
