Navigating in the Database Diagram Window in a Project

Access provides keyboard shortcuts for moving from table to table, from cell to cell, and from a table s title bar to a cell in the Database Diagram window.

Shortcuts for Navigating in the Database Diagram Window

Move to the table s title bar from a cell

[Esc]

Move back to the last cell edited from the table s title bar

[Enter]

Move among table title bars, or move among cells

[Enter]

When a table title bar is selected, press [Tab] to select the next table title bar. When a cell is selected, press [Tab] to select the next cell.

Display the next page of the table or diagram

[PageDown]

Display the previous page of the table or diagram

[PageUp]
