A component or combination of components of a hybrid entity designated by the hybrid entity in accordance with Sec. 164.105(a)(2)(iii)(C). [45 C.F.R. § 164.103].

The protocol in the Internet Protocol (IP) family used to transport hypertext documents across an internet.
