Location of the Flash ActiveX control, which must be "http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0". It is used by IE for Windows to download the ActiveX version of the Flash Player if it is not installed or if its version is older than the version specified by #version=w,x,y,z. If #version is omitted, the browser does not attempt to upgrade any existing ActiveX Player on the user's system, but it will attempt to download the latest Player if no Player is found. - ID
