This is a ˜how-to-do-it book, which means you will find a lot of exercises in it. Take time to do them all. You can t learn a new technique just by reading about it, you have to practise!
Start by reading quickly or just looking through all the pages, which will give you an idea of what the book is about and how it is structured.
Before you start practising, get some A4 or A3 unruled paper. You also need five or six different coloured pens with thin tips and two or three highlighter pens.
To store the learning maps you can use ordinary binders or if you use a planner, fit the maps into the project or key area to which they belong.
