Background

The purpose of this book is to present a step-by-step guide into the learning maps technique and how to make the most of your memory. It is the result of more than 1000 courses and seminars which I have conducted throughout Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, the UK, Australia and New Zealand since 1983. It is also based on four previous books I have written on similar subjects in Swedish.

New aspects appear all the time and people come up with brilliant ideas in the seminars. When those ideas have been tested , they gradually slip into books and contribute to the development.
