4.8. Debugger

In Linux systems, the default debugger for non-Java programs is the GNU debuggerGDB for short. GDB has also been ported to Solaris. At the time of this writing, GDB version 6.2.1^[17] is available with Solaris 10. You will find more information on GDB in Chapter 7, "Testing and Debugging."
