To print an unopened message, select the message in the message list of the Inbox or other folder and choose File , Print . The Print dialog box opens; click OK to send the message to the printer. If the message is already open , you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the message in Outlook.

  2. Choose File and then select Print , to open the Print dialog box.

  3. In the Print dialog box, click OK to print one copy of the entire message using the printer's default settings. See Lesson 17, "Printing in Outlook," in this section of the book for detailed information about configuring pages and changing printer options.
