This function extracts the minutes component of a dayTimeDuration , as an integer. For example, if the supplied duration is «PT40M30S » , the result will be 40 .

The value from which the minutes component is to be extracted

Result

xs:integer

The number of minutes in the duration, after normalizing it so that 60 seconds is represented as one minute and 60 minutes as one hour . The value will be negative if the duration is negative
