As you already know, I came into the PowerPoint world as a standup trainer. Developing content and delivering it live was my life. In the process of learning to use PowerPoint to support my training sessions, I learned quite a bit about the things that can bite presenters and the things that can make things easier on presenters.

For that reason, rather than using someone else as the example in this chapter, I am the example. You are going to get to know me from a different angle than you have seen so far. You are going to see Kathy the presenter, instead of Kathy the writer.
