Autoformat

Problem

You paste an object or text and the size changes. Or you paste and the layout of the slide changes.

Solution

Turn off the three parts of AutoFormat. The options can be found in Tools ’ AutoCorrect Options. Turn off all three pieces ’ AutoFit title text to placeholder, AutoFit body text to placeholder and Automatic layout for inserted objects. You worked hard to decide how you want the presentation to look. Don't let PowerPoint overrule your decisions.
